South Central 13U AAA Tryouts
The South Central 13U AAA coaching staff would invite all prospective players to participate in tryouts for the upcoming 2021 13U AAA season.
Tryout date and location as follows:
April 17: Altona Diamond #2 (peewee diamond) 9:30-12:00
April 18: Altona Diamond #2 (peewee diamond) 2:00-5:00
April 24: Altona Diamond #2 (peewee diamond) 9:30-12:00
April 25: Altona Diamond #2 (peewee diamond) 2:00-5:00
Note, a change of venues may occur and players will be notified of same. Players are highly encouraged to attend all tryouts. Should a conflict arise with the schedule, please email Matt Giesbrecht (mandj5@outlook.com).
Player registration fee is $25.00; payable at the initial tryout date.
As part of 2021 season, SC 13U AAA will participate in the WABA league - playing in 5 or 6 double headers which will occur on Sundays beginning early May throughout June. In addition (pending provincial directives), 13U may also participate in the St. James AAA tournament (June 11-13), provincial qualifiers in Hamiota (July 23-25) and provincials (if team qualifies) in Brandon (July 30 - August 1).
Players are asked to email the following information to Matt Giesbrecht:
- Player Name
- Parent names
- Email address
- Cell phone number
- Top 3 positions
- Emergency contact info
All players must:

Must be eligible for play for their home community within the South Central region.

bring their own equipment (those trying out for a position as catcher should bring their own catchers equipment)

dress appropriately for hitting, throwing and running, keeping in mind potentially cool weather conditions

bring water

arrive 20 minutes prior to tryout time for registration and warm up time.
