Thank you for volunteering to manage a team this year!
Here are a few reminders to help you throughout the season
1) Raffle tickets- Every participant has paid for the raffle tickets fundraiser. They must submit their tickets to you for collection when requested.
2) Clothing order- If your team is wanting to put forward an order for clothing please do so at https://stores.inksoft.com/carman_minor_ball/shop/home
ORDERS MUST BE IN BY MARCH 31, 2025. We will have orders ready for our SAGM on April 22nd. We will reopen the store again in early April for a second order which will arrive in May.
3) Submitting scores to your convenor- Please submit within 24 hours of the game. This does not apply to Rally Cap/Grand Slam
4) Meeting- Attend the manager's meeting at the semi-annual general meeting
5) Pitch Count- Please keep track of pitch count for all players on your team. This does not apply for Rally Cap /Grand Slam
6) Please ensure that managers have registered through RAMP as a manager.
